Fourth round of negotiations between Cuba and the EU over a Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement

The fourth round of negotiations between Cuba and the European Union for a Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement (PDCA) was held on 16 June 2015.

Media reported on progress in the economic area while the political dialogue chapter was lagging behind.

Negotiating directives leading to these negotiations were adopted by the Council of the European Union in February 2014. Formal talks started in April 2014. The third round of negotiations took place in March 2015.
