The EU Justice Scoreboard is a comparative overview of the efficiency, quality and independence of justice system in all Member States of the European Union.

This year's Scoreboard shows continued improvement in the efficiency of justice systems in a large number of countries. Nevertheless, challenges remain to ensure full trust of citizens in the legal systems of those Member States where guarantees of status and position of judges, and thereby their independence, might be at risk.
