The aim of this Eurobarometer is to understand EU citizens’ experiences and perceptions of cyber security issues. The survey examines the nature and frequency of Internet usage; their awareness and experience of cybercrime; and the level of concern that they feel about this type of crime. This survey, covering over 27 000 people in all EU member states, follows a previous survey from 2013.
