The EEA Joint Committee aims to amend Protocol 31 to the EEA Agreement to allow the EEA EFTA States (Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein) to continue to participate in Union actions related to the free movement of workers, coordination of social security systems and measures for migrants, including migrants from third countries (budget line 04 03 01 03 - Social Security), entered into the general budget of the European Union for the financial year 2018.
