In accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 19 of the 11th EDF Financial Regulation, on 10 October 2019 the European Commission presented a proposal specifying (a) the amount of the third instalment of the contribution for 2019, and (b) a revised annual amount of the contribution for 2019, in cases where the amount deviates from actual needs.
