Summary:

Council Decision of 16 July 2018 establishing the position to be taken on behalf of the Union as regards the adoption of the rules of procedure of the Regional Steering Committee of the Transport Community.

Further information:

The Treaty establishing the Transport Community (TCT) applies provisionally between the European Union, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Kosovo since 9 October 2017, and between these parties and Serbia since 29 November 2017.

The Regional Steering Committee is responsible for the administration of the TCT and to ensure its proper implementation. The decision on the adoption of the Committee's rules of procedure is essential for the timely implementation of the TCT.
