Economic and Financial Affairs Council, 14 May 2013

A meeting of the Economic and Financial Affairs Council was held on 13 May 2013. The agenda includes the following topics:

+ Adoption of a mandate for negotiations with Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra and San Marino on updated savings tax agreements;

+ Adoption of conclusions on tax evasion and tax fraud;

+ Political agreement on Draft Amending Budget (DAB) No.2 for the annual EU Budget;

+ Adoption of conclusions on macroeconomic imbalances; the single euro payments area (SEPA); the fast-start financing of climate change measures.
