EU High Representative for Foreign Policy discusses challenges of the Maltese Presidency of the Council of the European Union

The Maltese foreign affairs minister held a meeting with the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Policy on 2 November 2016 to discuss the challenges ahead for the country's presidency of the Council of the European Union, starting in January 2017.
