EU Ministers responsible for matters relating to home affairs and foreign affairs held an informal videoconference on 15 March 2021. The agenda included the following items:

• Debate on the external aspects of the EU’s migration policy, in the framework of the New Pact on Migration and Asylum;
• Presentation by the Council Presidency of elements of a proposal for a comprehensive dialogue on justice and home affairs with partner countries in North Africa.
