Poland at odds over child benefits

The Polish parliament on the 9 February 2016 discussed the introduction of a relatively high allowance for families with two or more children. With benefits equivalent to €115 per month from the second child on the national conservative government is seeking among other things to boost the birthrate. The Polish press was at odds over the issue.
