	The European Environment Agency (EEA) report, ‘Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trends and Projections in Europe 2007,’ which was published on 27 November 2007 and the European Commission’s annual report on progress towards meeting Kyoto Protocol objectives, confirmed that Ireland was one of 12 EU-15 Member States projected to meet their targets under the Kyoto Protocol.
