Press Release: Mergers: Commission approves proposed acquisition of three Yamaha distributors by Yamaha

The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of Mitsui Motor Polskia SP.Z.O.O. of Poland, Yamaha Motor Deutschland GMBH of Germany and Yamaha Motor UK Ltd by Yamaha Motor Europe N.V., part of the Yamaha Motor Corporation of Japan. The Commission concluded that the proposed transaction would not significantly impede competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it.
