Twelfth annual report on the implementation of Community assistance under Regulation (EC) No 389/2006 establishing an instrument of financial support for encouraging the economic development of the Turkish Cypriot community

Regulation (EC) No 389/2006 (the "Aid Regulation") is the basis for the provision of assistance to the Turkish Cypriot community. The programme is implemented in the areas of the Republic of Cyprus in which the government does not exercise effective control and where the application of the acquis is temporarily suspended pursuant to Protocol 10 of the Treaty of Accession. This report covers the year 2017.
