Workshop on ‘Free Flow of Data – a Cornerstone of the Digital Single Market’

This report summarised discussion which took place at the workshop Free Flow of Data - A Cornerstone of the Digital Single Market held in February 2018. The free flow of data was a complex issue with the potential to strongly influence the EU economy. With the aim of discussing the main challenges related to this topic and the recently proposed draft regulation of the European Commission, the workshop was hosted by Ms Anna Maria CORAZZA BILDT (MEP), Vice-President of the IMCO Committee in the European Parliament.
