In February 2017, the DiEM25 movement will unveil a plan for a European New Deal, which it will launch in March 2017 on the anniversary of the Treaty of Rome. The New Deal will be based on a simple guiding principle: All Europeans should enjoy in their home country the right to a job paying a living wage, decent housing, high-quality health care and education, and a clean environment.
