Ashton drops big ideas on EU foreign service

Speaking to Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) in Strasbourg on the 12 June 2013, Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, outlined a modest set of ways to reform the European External Action Service (EEAS).
