Autumn 2016 Economic Forecast

The European Commission published on 9 November 2016 its Autumn forecast, releasing data on the Eurozone and the European Union's economic growth for the following year.

Economic growth in Europe was expected to continue at a moderate pace, as labour market gains and rising private consumption were being counterbalanced by a number of hindrances to growth and the weakening of supportive factors.
