Blog: ‘Green card’, ‘Late card’: Dutch parliament ups the ante in EU democracy debate

Open Europe reported on a position paper on the role of national parliaments in the EU from the Tweede Kamer - the lower house of the Dutch parliament - published in October 2013.

Open Europe suggests that the report included some seriously good ideas to increase national parliaments' power over EU decisions.
