Brexit has freed Britain from the protectionist embrace of Europe - and will enable it to compete more fairly in world markets. Of course free trade can create losers. But the United Kingdom can minimise this by striking deals primarily with like-minded countries with comparable standards of living first - and nowhere is more like-minded than Australia, argues its former prime minister in this article.
