Brussels eyes end to roaming surcharges

EurActiv reported on the 16 May 2011 that a new draft regulation prepared by Digital Commissioner Neelie Kroes envisaged lower caps on cross-border telephone charges and was expected to put mobile roaming prices on an equal footing with national tariffs by 2016
