Catalonia prepares ahead of independence vote

Article reported that the Catalan government was constructing the structure of an independent state in areas such as diplomacy, taxes and social security in 2015 to be ready in case the pro-independence camp won the September 2015 election.

Catalan nationalist parties also signed a road map to secede from Spain in 2017, should the election in September 2015 point to that direction.
