Commission embarks on ‘unprecedented’ venture with Ukraine

Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Commissioner Štefan Füle paid a visit to Ukraine on the 25-26 March 2014, leading a sizeable delegation that also included European Commissioner for Financial Programming and Budget Janusz Lewandowski and high-level representatives of various directorates general of the Commission.

The EU and Ukraine signed the political provisions of an Association Agreement on the 21 March 2014.
