Commission reports on progress made under the European Agenda on Migration

On 8 December 2016, the European Commission reported on progress made in the putting into force of the EU-Turkey Statement and on the EU's relocation and resettlement schemes.

The Commission also adopted a fourth Recommendation that assessed the progress achieved by Greece to implement a fully functioning asylum system and set out a process for the gradual resumption of Dublin transfers to Greece.
