Committee of representatives endorses the compromise on wholesale roaming markets reform

The Council of the European Union's Committee of Permanent Representatives provisionally endorsed the informal agreement reached with the European Parliament on a draft proposal for wholesale roaming markets in the EU.

The proposal was launched by the European Commission in June 2016. The informal agreement was announced on 1 February 2017.
