Council conclusions on Ukraine – EU moves to sanction Ukraine separatists

The Council of the European Union adopted conclusions on Ukraine at the Foreign Affairs Council meeting in Brussels, 17 November 2014.

Recalling the Conclusions of the European Council of 24 October 2014 and of the FAC of 20 October 2014, the Council reiterated the EU's support for the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum, as a step towards a sustainable political solution of the crisis, which needs to be based on the respect for Ukraine's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
