‘Damn tough’ deal on CAP leaves little room for celebration

Report of an extended Agricultural Council, Luxembourg, 24-26 June 2013 and negotiations between the Council, European Parliament and European Commission to tie up an agreement on the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy.

The political agreement reached would now head to the full European Parliament and national governments for final approval.
