Decision (EU) 2017/866 on the signing of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence with regard to asylum and non-refoulement

The Council of the European Union adopted on 11 May 2017 two decisions regarding the signing of the Istanbul Convention.

Those Decisions cover different legal bases. The first one (2017/865) covers matters related to judicial cooperation in criminal matters. The second one (2017/866) covers articles concerning asylum and non-refoulment.
