Dispute threatens Croatia’s EU talks

Report of a FT interview with Olli Rehn, EU Enlargement Commissioner. He says that Croatia’s chances of completing its European Union entry talks by the end of 2009 are threatened by a border dispute with Slovenia that is inflaming passions in both countries.
