EU waits for Cameron to make his move

The referendum taking place in the United Kingdom regarding its relationship with the European Union was expected to be one of the main focus of the European Council taking place on 15-16 October 2015.

The agenda of the meeting included a briefing by its president Donald Tusk on the 'state of play' with Britain and how he would conduct negotiations before a vote expected in 2016 or 2017.
