Abstract: On 13 December 2016, the European Commission maintained its promise to work towards the setting up of a permanent multilateral investment court to decide investment conflicts. In order to do so, the Commission and Canadian Government co-hosted in Geneva the first exploratory discussions with government representatives from around the world. |
