European Development Days 2006

Background:

The European Development Days (EDD) are an annual initiative organised by the European Commission that brings the development community together so they can share ideas and experiences in ways that inspire new partnerships and innovative solutions to the world's most pressing challenges.

The first edition of the European Development Days was held on 13-17 November 2006, with a focus on the African continent.

A series of events was organised by the European Commission's DG Development.
