European Development Days 2007

Background:

The European Development Days (EDD) are an annual initiative organised by the European Commission that brings the development community together so they can share ideas and experiences in ways that inspire new partnerships and innovative solutions to the world's most pressing challenges.

The second edition of this initiative was held in the backdrop of the launch of the Global Climate Change Alliance.

The second edition of the 'European Development Days' kicked off on 7 November 2007, focusing on the impact of climate change on developing countries.
