Eurozone unemployment at record high

In June 2012 the number of the unemployed in 17 countries within the eurozone hit a new record and reached 11.2% which amounts to roughly 17.8 million people without jobs. The deteriorating situation in job market forced the European Central Bank to seek a solution to the problem.
