Finland and Sweden to strengthen ties with Nato

Reports suggested that Finland and Sweden would sign 'host nation support agreement' with NATO at the NATO Summit in Wales in September 2014, allowing assistance from Nato troops in emergency situations. This was not a prelude to NATO membership for these countries.
