Frankfurt speaks on euro reform

Editorial. There are many calls for stronger economic governance of the eurozone, and equally many interpretations of what that means. The European Central Bank has done everyone a favour by putting out a set of concrete reform proposals 'Reinforcing economic governance in the euro area', June 2010.
