BBC News reported on the 24 January 2014 that Calls were mounting for the Home Secretary Theresa May to ban Hungarian far-right Jobbik party leader Gabor Vona from entering the UK.

Mr Vona was scheduled to stage a political rally in central London on the 26 January 2014, the eve of Holocaust Memorial Day. Anti-fascist protesters forced a change of venue. About 100 supporters of Jobbik, which has been accused of stirring up hatred of Jews and Roma, gathered at Speakers' Corner in Hyde Park to hear Gábor Vona speak.
