Gazprom may unbundle to escape EU claims

EurActiv reported in late September 2012 that Russia’s Gazprom would split its European assets to meet requirements of EU’s "third energy package" and avoid anti-trust claims by the European Commission, Russian news media had reported. The European Commission said it had no comment on the reports.
