German intelligence service allegedly spied on US and European targets

Media sources in Germany reported on 15 October 2015 that the German intelligence service (BND) had spied on other member states of the European Union, as well as the United States.

Alledgedly, the BND used thousands of search queries or 'selectors' to spy on its targets, before the programme was halted near the end of 2013.
