Greek bank stress tests delayed

Article reports that the IMF, ECB and European Commission international community (the 'troika') has postponed bank stress tests for Greece by one month until the end of October 2010 to give the country breathing space as Athens prepares to test the success of its European roadshow in mid-September 2010 by raising more money in the capital markets.
