High Representative Mogherini meets with Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergey Lavrov

On the 21 September 2016, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Federica Mogherini, met with Foreign Minister of Russia, Sergey Lavrov, on the margins of the United Nations General Assembly Ministerial Week in New York. They discussed their points of view on the situation in Syria, in Libya and the implementation of Minsk agreements.
