Industry mulls over alternatives directive

Durring November 2010 hedge fund groups and private equity companies have been digesting tough new Pan-European regulations from final agreement on the long-awaited directive for the alternative asset management industry agreed by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union in October-November 2010.
