Report of the results of a survey by the Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association, June 2009. the survey showed that Irish Banks ignoring European Investment Bank (EIB) funds for SMEs. Two thirds of bank staff admitted to ‘no knowledge’ of EIB funding.
