The Irish Finance Minister Michael Noonan presented Ireland's budget for 2015 on the 14 October 2014. It was billed as the first non-austerity budget since 2007. Amongst the proposals Mr Noonan announced that he was abolishing the controversial 'Double Irish' tax structure. |
