Juncker admits he is ‘weaker’ after fresh batch of Luxleaks revelations

Speaking to the French daily newspaper Libération on 10 December 2014, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker admitted he had been 'weakened' by the revelations of controversial corporate tax avoidance schemes during his tenure as prime minister of Luxembourg, the so-called LuxLeaks scandal.

The interview was published one day after the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) released more documents uncovering further deals between the Luxembourg government and big multinational companies.
