Kosovo: EU meeting is ‘de facto recognition’ by Serbia

EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton met the Presidents of Kosovo and Serbia in Brussels on the 6 February 2013. The event marked the first time the two sides had met at the top level since Kosovo declared independence in 2008.
