Lisbon treaty runs into Czech trouble

Seventeen Czech senators close to the country's Eurosceptic president Václav Klaus filed a second complaint against the Treaty of Lisbon with the Constitutional Court in Prague on the 29 September 2009, putting on hold its ratification.
