Marine Le Pen launches her campaign programme for Presidential election

Marine Le Pen, the leader of the far right Front National in France, launched her Presidential campaign programme at a rally held in Lyon on the 4-5 February 2017 with '144 presidential commitments'. The plan was said to put France France first, to 'rebuild France' and 'restore the country’s greatness', to turn back globalisation, Islamisation and to be Eurosceptic.

An opinion poll published on the 20 February 2017 in France showed her in front position in advance of the April-May 2017 Presidential Election with 27% support.
