Memo: Commissioner Lewandowski on MFF talks: We are not there yet, but…

In a statement by Commissioner for Financial Programming and Budget, Janusz Lewandowski, following the 11 June 2013 trilogue on the next financial period (2014-2020), he suggested that the gap between the Council's and the Parliament's positions on the future flexibility of the EU budget and on a revision clause half-way through the next financial period got much narrower.
