The 12th EU-India Summit took place on 10 February 2012 in New Delhi. The EU was represented by Herman Van Rompuy, President of the European Council, and José Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission. EU Trade Commissioner Karel De Gucht was also present. India was represented by Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
