Memo: President Barroso appeals for national and political unity in Greece

Arriving at the G20 in Cannes on the 3 and 4 November 2011 and ahead of the consultation and working meetings on the 2 November, European Commission President Barroso made a statement urging for a national and political unity in Greece.
